HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner at Grafton High School…Named team captain in his senior year…Honorable mention All-Conference in his senior season…Member of the pitching staff that broke the school strikeout record with 359…Also played football and basketball.

PERSONAL: Son of Connie and Chad Kliniske…His brother, Anthony, played baseball at North Dakota State from 2009-12…Plans to pursue masters of Business Administration.
