2019 SEASON (SENIOR): Played in 34 games, starting in 24 of them … Hit .174 with 16 hits in 92 at bats with 12 RBI, two doubles, a triple, two home runs, 10 walks and three stolen bases … Went 3-for-5 with a triple, RBI and two runs scored against Oral Roberts on April 19  … Named to The Summit League Academic Honor Roll …Selected to The Summit League Academic All-League Team … Named to The Summit League Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence … Named to the Google Cloud Academic All-District Six Division I Baseball First Team …Named to the Google Cloud Academic All-America First Team.

2018 SEASON (JUNIOR): Played and started in all 50 games … Hit .250 with 44 hits in 176 at bats with 31 RBI, six doubles, four triples, seven home runs, 31 walks and eight stolen bases … Drove in a run and scored twice in a Bison win against Northern Colorado (March 3) … Named to the All-Summit League Second Team … Named to The Summit League Academic Honor Roll …Selected to The Summit League Academic All-League Team … Named to The Summit League Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence … Named to the Google Cloud Academic All-District Six Division I Baseball First Team …Named to the Google Cloud Academic All-America First Team.

2017 SEASON (JUNIOR): Redshirted due to injury. 

2016 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Saw action in 32 games, including 28 starts for NDSU ... Hit .255 with 25 hits in 98 at bats with eight RBIs, two doubles, 12 walks and a pair of stolen bases ... Went a perfect 4-of-4 at the plate with a double, two RBIs and a run scored in NDSU's contest at Lamar Feb. 28 ... Selected to The Summit League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll as a Distinguished Scholar. 

2015 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Saw action in 26 games with 16 starts ... Hit .118 with six hits in 51 at bats ... Tallied a double and a triple and went 2-for-3 at the plate with a pair of RBIs in NDSU's 12-inning win over Fort Wayne May 2 ... Named to The Summit League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll as a Distinguished Scholar. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at CMR High School under head coach Tony Forster where he was a three-year starter and two-year letterwinner ... Named all-state first team and team MVP his senior season after hitting .393 with 20 doubles, nine triples and five homers in 60 games ... Hit .410 as a junior and .300 as a sophomore ... Also played football and basketball ... Selected as team MVP in both sports and named first team all-state in basketball. 

PERSONAL: Son of Michael and Josy McLean ... Mechanical engineering major.
