Outdoor (Junior): Member of the NDSU 4x400m relay that placed 2nd at the Summit League Outdoor Championships … Also took 9th in the 400m dash at the conference meet … Season-best 400m time of 56.56 at UMary’s Al Bortke Open on Apr. 9.
2020-21 SEASON
Indoor: Placed 8th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Championships … Also ran on NDSU’s Summit League runner-up 4x400m relay … Season-best 400m time of 57.31 in the prelims at the conference meet … Won the 400m dash at the UND Tune-Up on Feb. 20, clocking 57.70
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 8th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Championships … Also ran on NDSU’s Summit League runner-up 4x400m relay … Personal-best 400m time of 56.13 at the Drake Relays … Personal-best 200m time of 25.06 at Kansas on May 1 … Drake Relays champion in the sprint medley relay, running the leadoff 200m leg for NDSU … Sprint medley ranks 7th-fastest in school history.
2019-20 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): Ran the third leg on NDSU’s Summit League champion 4x400m relay team … Finished 11th in the prelims of the 400m dash at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Personal-best 400m dash time of 56.87 at Vanderbilt’s Music City Challenge on Feb. 15 … Also clocked an indoor personal-best 200m time of 25.77 at Vanderbilt … Won the 300m dash in 40.17 at the Bison Open on Feb. 7, ranking 9th-fastest in NDSU history.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2018-19 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Placed 5th in the 400m dash and ran on NDSU’s conference runner-up 4x400m relay at the Summit League Championships … Season-best 400m time of 57.38 in the conference final … Season-best 200m dash time of 26.05 at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 9 … Also clocked 40.99 in the 300m dash at the Bison Open on Feb. 1.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 7th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Championships … Also ran on NDSU’s 4x400m relay that took 5th and the 4x100m relay that finished 6th at the conference meet … Season-best 400m time of 57.43 at the IMG Academy Invitational on Mar. 16 … Season-best 200m time of 25.71 at the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 26.
High School: Won North Dakota state titles in the 100m, 200m and 400m as a senior in 2018, running a state meet record 56.50 in the 400m ... Won three straight North Dakota Class B state titles in the 200m dash, as well as two straight in the 100m dash ... Helped lead Hazen HS to four consecutive state team titles.
