Outdoor (Senior): Ran a career-best 47.79 in the 400m dash for 4th place at the Summit League Championships … Also anchored the Bison 4x400m relay to a runner-up finish at the conference meet … Clocked 47.90 in the 400m at the Husker Spring Invite on Apr. 6 … Ran 48.01 at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational on Mar. 30.
2017-18 SEASON
Indoor (Junior): All-Summit League performer in the 400m dash, taking 3rd place at the Summit League Championships in 49.06 … Also anchored the Bison 4x400m relay to a runner-up finish at the conference meet … Season-best 400m time of 48.72 at the Husky Classic on Feb. 10 … Set the Dakota Duals/Classic meet record in the 600m on Dec. 8, running 1:21.82 for the win.
Outdoor (Junior): Placed 7th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Outdoor Championships after qualifying 3rd-fastest to the final … Posted two season-bests at the Stanford Invitational on Mar. 30-31, running 22.02 in the 200m dash and 48.47 in the 400m dash … Won the 400m at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 4 in 48.69 … Ran the 400m leg on NDSU’s sprint medley that took 4th at the Drake Relays and ranked 4th-fastest in school history.
2016-17 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 5th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Indoor Championships, running a personal-best 47.94 … Also earned two Summit League runner-up finishes in the relays, leading off the Bison 4x400m relay that clocked 3:13.50 to rank 7th in NDSU indoor history … Ran the 400m leg on NDSU’s distance medley that ran 10:12.37 for the 9th-fastest time in school history … Finished the year ranked 4th in NDSU indoor history in the 300m, 400m and 600m … Ran 34.54 in the 300m at the Bison Open on Feb. 3 … Clocked 1:20.64 in the 600m at South Dakota State on Jan. 21 … Set a new Shelly Ellig Indoor Facility record in the 400m at the Bison Open, finishing in 48.46 … Also posted a time of 1:55.11 in the 800m at Nebraska’s Adidas Classic on Jan. 28.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 4th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Outdoor Championships, finishing in an outdoor personal-best of 47.96 … Led off the NDSU 4x400m relay that finished 2nd at the conference meet … Posted six 400m dash races under 49 seconds … Also clocked 1:55.56 in the 800m at Nebraska on Apr. 8.
2015-16 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Placed 6th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Indoor Championships, running 49.76 … Season-best 400m time of 49.74 at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 13 … Won the 600m in 1:22.39 at the Jim Emmerich Invitational on Jan. 23 in his NDSU debut.
Outdoor (Freshman): Clocked a 400m season-best time of 48.51 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on Apr. 15 … Qualified for the 400m dash final at the Summit League Championships, but did not finish in the final due to injury … Ran on the NDSU 4x400m relay that clocked a season-best 3:14.70 at the Drake Relays on Apr. 29.
Prior to NDSU: Played in 17 matches for the Montana State University Billings soccer team as a true freshman in the fall of 2015 … Scored one goal and tallied three assists for the season.
High School: Won North Dakota Class A state championships in the 400m and 800m as a senior, as well as anchoring Bismarck Century HS to a state title in the 4x400m relay … Clocked 48.81 to win the state title at 400m as a senior in 2015 … Ran 1:57.13 for first place in the 800m his senior year … State runner-up in the 400m as a junior in 2014 behind Century and NDSU teammate Landon Jochim … Ran on the 2014 Century HS 4x400m relay team that clocked 3:16.18 to set an all-time North Dakota record and place third at the national meet … Three-time state champion in the 4x400m relay, winning as a sophomore, junior and senior … Also a member of three third-place 4x800m relay teams at the state meet … Named the North Dakota Gatorade Player of the Year in soccer as a senior … Posted 18 goals and 16 assists in soccer his senior year, earning all-state honors for the second time.
