2009-10 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in all seven races...Ran a personal best 5k time of 20:20.6 at the South Dakota State Classic...Placed 39th at the Summit League Championships in a 6k personal best time of 25:06.70...Finished 132nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional in 24:08.2.
Indoor (Freshman): Ran the 800 meters at the Bison Classic and Bill Bergan Invitational...Posted a personal best time of 2:20.98 at Bill Bergan...Completed the mile in 5:17.20 at the Jack Johnson Classic.
Outdoor: Redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: Five-year letterwinner for cross country and six-year letterwinner for track at Brainerd High School...Competed in the state cross country meets three straight years...Earned all-state honors after a 20th place finish in 2007...Holds school record for best time in cross country...Led Brainerd to section titles in 2007 and 2008...Five-time state participant in track...Earned all-state honors for the 4x800 relay and the 800 meters six times...Holds the school record in the 800 meters (2:14) and the sprint medley relay...Also competed in Nordic skiing...Went to the Minnesota state championships four straight years...All-state selection in 2008 where she finished 25th...Academic all-state honoree in cross country, track and Nordic skiing.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Brian McAllister and Kathryn Moll-McAllister...Has one older sister, Meghan, and one younger brother, Logan...Father and uncle both played football at Minnesota State Moorhead...Grandmother, Donna Moll, graduated from NDSU in 1979...Planning to major in interior design.
