Indoor (Senior): Finished the 2015 indoor season ranked 31st in the nation in the 5,000m and 34th in the mile … Summit League Championships Track MVP … Won Summit League indoor championships in the 3,000m and 5,000m for a second straight year and was the league runner-up in the mile ... Ran the 1600m anchor leg on the Bison distance medley relay that set a school record by 25 seconds, clocking 11:10.49 at Notre Dame’s Alex Wilson Invitational on Feb. 21 … NDSU’s distance medley ranked 18th in the NCAA for the season … Destroyed her own school record in the 5,000m at the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 13, running 16:14.07 to cut 33 seconds off the previous best time in NDSU history … Also ran personal-bests in the mile (4:44.53) and 3,000m (9:31.87) at the conference meet that rank her 3rd-fastest in school history … Set Shelly Ellig Indoor Facility records in the 3,000m, 5,000m, and distance medley during the season … Summit League Academic All-League honoree.
Outdoor (Senior): Placed 8th at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase to earn first-team All-America honors … Named the Summit League Championships Track MVP as the top point scorer in the running events … Summit League runner-up in the 1500m, 5000m and 3,000m steeplechase … Ran a school record time of 16:06.47 in the 5,000m at the Stanford Invitational on Apr. 3, breaking the 30-year-old record by 30 seconds … Personal-best 9:54.42 in the NCAA finals of the steeplechase, ending her career ranked 2nd in school history behind teammate Erin Teschuk … Personal-best 1500m time of 4:20.98 at the conference meet ranks 3rd in NDSU history … Named Summit League Athlete of the Week after winning the steeplechase title at the Drake Relays on Apr. 25 … USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree … Summit League Academic All-League selection … Made her USATF Championships debut in late June in Eugene, Ore., finishing 16th in the steeplechase.

Cross Country (Senior): The top finisher for the Summit League champion Bison at four of six meets on the season ... Earned first-team All-Summit League honors by placing third at the Summit League Championships on Nov. 2 ... Top finisher for NDSU at the Stanford Invitational, SDSU Classic, UND Ron Pynn Invitational and NCAA Midwest Regional (54th overall) ... Finished as runner-up in two races, at the season-opening Bison Open 4k and the UND Ron Pynn Invitational 5k on Oct. 19 ... Season-best times of 17:49.1 in the 5k and 21:39.5 in the 6k ... Summit League All-Academic Team.
Indoor (Junior): Named Summit League Indoor Track Athlete of the Year and Summit League Indoor Championships Track MVP after becoming just the third woman to win titles in the mile, 3,000m and 5,000m at the conference meet ... Broke the NDSU indoor 5,000m record, running 16:47.55 at the Bison Open on Feb. 15 ... Also finished the season ranked second all-time at NDSU in the 3,000m (9:42.35) and fourth in the mile (4:49.87) ... Summit League All-Academic Team.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Redshirted and competed unattached ... Ran a 3,000m steeplechase time of 10:15.09 at the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 24, which would have been a new school record if not run unattached ... Named Capital One Academic All-District and Capital One second-team All-American by CoSIDA for the cross country, indoor and outdoor seasons.
2012-13 SEASON
Cross Country (Junior): Consistently among the top three runners for the Bison as they defended their Summit League title … first-team All-Summit League honoree after placing seventh at the conference meet in 22:29.1 on Oct. 27 … No. 3 finisher for NDSU at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 9, taking 46th overall to help the Bison to a seventh-place team finish … season-best 5k time of 17:55.9 at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 13 … season-best 6k time of 21:55.25 at the NCAA Midwest Regional … runner-up at the season-opening Bison Invitational on Aug. 31.
