Cross Country (Senior): Ran in five meets … Placed 43rd overall at the Summit League Championships on Oct. 29, running 23:57.2 for the 6k course … Season-best 5k time of 19:21.3 at Oregon’s Bill Dellinger Invitational on Sept. 16.
Indoor (Senior): Posted season-best times of 5:11.10 in the mile and 2:24.00 in the 800m … Her time of 5:11.10 in the mile at Nebraska’s Adidas Classic on Jan. 28 was a new personal-best.
Outdoor (Senior): Placed 5th in the 3000m steeplechase at the Summit League Championships, running 11:27.85 … Clocked 11:22.05 in the steeplechase at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 14, ranking her 9th all-time at NDSU in the event … Also posted season-best times of 2:19.34 in the 800m and 4:45.92 in the 1500m.

2015-16 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Junior): Among NDSU’s top 7 finishers at all five meets she competed in for the season … Placed 38th at the Summit League Championships, running a season-best 24:05.24 for the 6k … Season-best 5k time of 19:21.1 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 17 for 10th place overall.
Indoor (Junior): Posted a season-best 800m time of 2:17.45 for 2nd place at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 13 … Season-best time of 5:18.36 in the mile at the Jim Emmerich Invitational on Jan. 23.
Outdoor (Junior): Clocked a 1500m personal-best of 4:44.72 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on Apr. 1 … Season-best 800m time of 2:19.32 at the Lyle Hokanson Classic on Apr. 23 … Made her 3,000m steeplechase debut on Apr. 29 at the Kip Janvrin Open, running 11:42.89.
 
2014-15 SEASON
 
Indoor (Sophomore): Finished 12th in the 800m at the Summit League Indoor Championships in Fargo … Season-best 800m time of 2:17.08 … Also posted times of 1:00.65 in the 400m dash and 1:37.75 in the 600m.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Season-best 800m time of 2:16.75 at the Husker Spring Invitational on Apr. 11, finishing in 7th place … Also clocked a 2:17.25 800m at the Lyle Hokanson Classic on May 1 for 5th place.
 
2013-14 SEASON

Indoor (Redshirt): Did not compete.
Outdoor (Freshman): Finished 14th in the prelims of the 400m hurdles at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... Season-best 400m hurdles time of 1:08.63 at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 9.

2012-13 SEASON

Indoor (Freshman): Competed in three indoor meets, running a season-best time of 1:03.37 in the 400m dash.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached as a redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: Seventh place in the Class A 100m hurdles at the North Dakota state meet in 2012, running 16.32 ... eighth place in the 300m hurdles at the state championships, clocking in at 47.37 in the finals ... recorded a 300m hurdles time of 47.21 in the prelims ... also played volleyball.
