Cross Country (Sophomore): Among NDSU’s top three finishers at all six meets for the season … Top finisher for the Bison at the Summit League Championships on Oct. 29, taking 6th place overall for first-team All-Summit League honors … Season-best 6k time of 21:51.3 at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 11, placing 94th overall … Season-best 5k time of 17:38.4 at Oregon’s Bill Dellinger Invitational on Sept. 16 … Won the UND Ron Pynn Classic for the second consecutive year on Oct. 15 … Also won the Bison Open on Sept. 2 in Fargo.

2015-16 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): NDSU’s No. 1 or No. 2 finisher at all six meets on the season … Placed 3rd at the Summit League Championships for first-team all-league honors … Finished 64th at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 13 in a 6k season-best time of 21:39.7 … Won the individual title at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 17 with a season-best 5k time of 17:34.3 … Four top-10 finishes on the season.
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 2nd in the 5,000m and 3rd in the 3,000m at the Summit League Indoor Championships … 3,000m time of 9:46.35 at the league meet ranked her 4th all-time at NDSU … Clocked 17:17.73 in the 5,000m at the conference meet to stand at No. 7 in NDSU history … Season-best time of 5:07.95 in the mile.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 3rd in the 1500m and 5th in the 5,000m at the Summit League Championships … Season-best 1500m time of 4:33.04 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on Apr. 15 … Clocked 9:55.74 in the 3,000m in the season opener at UC Riverside to rank 4th in school history in the event … Ran 17:02.05 in the 5,000m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on Apr. 1 to rank 8th in NDSU history.
Prior to NDSU: Spent her freshman season (2014-15) at the University of Mary in Bismarck, N.D. … Ran the leadoff 1200m leg on the distance medley relay team that placed 5th at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships … Finished 3rd in the 800m and 5th in the mile at the NSIC Indoor Championships … Indoor season-bests of 4:56.90 in the mile and 2:15.76 in the 800m … Did not compete in cross country or outdoor track during the 2014-15 season.
HIGH SCHOOL: Named North Dakota’s 2014 Gatorade Track Athlete of the Year … Also earned Gatorade Cross Country Runner of the Year for North Dakota in 2012 … Won 8 North Dakota high school state championships in track, including 3 in the 3200m … State cross country champion as a junior in 2012 and the runner-up as a senior in 2013 … Recorded personal-best times of 2:16 in the 800m, 5:00 in the 1600m, and 10:51 in the 3200m … Swept the state titles in the 800m, 1600m, 3200m and 4x800m relay for Bismarck HS as a senior in 2014 … Also won state championships in the 1600m, 3200m and 4x800m relay as a junior in 2013 … Also played basketball.
