Indoor (Sophomore): Posted a season-best long jump mark of 15-05.50 (4.71m) at the Jack Johnson Classic on Jan. 29.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Did not compete.
2014-15 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Posted a season-best long jump mark of 16-08.50 (5.09m) at the Bison Classic on Jan. 17.
Outdoor (Freshman): Season-best long jump mark of 16-07.00 (5.05m) to win the Cobber Twilight on Apr. 28.
High School: Two-time North Dakota Class A placewinner in the long jump, taking fourth as a sophomore in 2012 and second as a junior in 2013 ... Earned a pair of fifth-place finishes at the state meet on the 4x200m relay in 2012 and the 4x100m relay in 2013 ... Qualified for the state meet three times in the pole vault … Also a Level 10 gymnast.
Personal: Daughter of Bill and Carole Schalow … Has one older sister, Katie, one older brother, Matt, and one younger sister, Natalie … Majoring in dietetics with a minor in psychology … Father, Bill, ran cross country and track at Minot State.
