Indoor (Junior): Voted Summit League Field Athlete of the Year...Named Track MVP at Summit League Championships...Claimed titles in the 60 meter hurdles, 200 meters and long jump...Time of 8.55 in the preliminaries of the 60 hurdles set a new league record...Also set a new NDSU record and league record of 20-6 ½ in the long jump...Finished second in the pentathlon at the league championships...Won the long jump in four meets...Set a school record of 3,810 points in the pentathlon at the Bison Open...Also won the event at the Jack Johnson Classic...Ranked second all-time in the 200 meters after running a time of 24.46 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational...Time of 7.71 in the 60 meters at the Bison Classic is second all-time.
Outdoor (Junior): USTFCCA All-American in the long jump...ESPN the Magazine Academic All-America first team selection...Also a first team Academic All-District pick...Placed 11th in the long jump at the NCAA Championships to earn All-America honors...Set a school record of 21-2 ½ in the long jump at the U.S. Championships...Won the 100 meter hurdles (13.75), 400 meter hurdles (59.49) and long jump (20-1 ¾) at the Summit League Championships...Finished second in the heptathlon at the Mt. SAC Relays with 5,343 points...Score ranks second all-time at NDSU.

2008-09 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): Named the MVP of the Summit League Championships after winning the 60 meter hurdles and the pentathlon...Also finished second in the 60 meters and the long jump...Set a league record in the pentathlon with 3,603 points...Won the 60 meter hurdles in four meets...Finished second in the pentathlon at the Bison Open with 3,794 points, which is second on the all-time charts.
Outdoor (Freshman): Set four school records in a breakout year....Set a school record of 11.77 in the 100 meters at the Summit League Championships en route to a third place finish...Also set a school record in the 100 meter hurdles at the league championships, clocking in at 13.66 in the final to finish second...Won the 400 meter hurdles and the long jump at the league championships...Set a school record of 21-1 ¼ in the long jump...Named MVP of league championships...Qualified for the NCAA Midwest Regional in three events ? 100 meter hurdles, 400 meter hurdles and the long jump...Advanced to the NCAA Championships in the 400 hurdles after posting a school record time of 58.12 in the regional...Finished 23rd in the preliminaries at the championships...Also competed in the U.S. Championships in the long jump...Finished 11th with a mark of 19-11...Posted a score of 5,017 in the pentathlon at the Jim Click Shootout, which is ranked fifth all-time at NDSU...Member of the sprint medley relay that set a school record of 3:52.95 at the Drake Relays.

2007-08 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Set a school record of 8.52 in the 60 meter hurdles at the Bison Classic...Finished first in the 60 hurdles at four meets, including the Summit League Championships...Ran a personal-best of 7.71 at the Minnesota Open, the second-best time in school history...Finished second in the 200 at the Summit League Championships and third in the long jump....Time of 24.82 in the 200 at Notre Dame is third on the all-time performance charts and long jump of 19-8 3/4 at the Bison Classic is fourth.

2006-07 SEASON
Indoor: Redshirt.
Outdoor (Freshman): Helped the Bison claim a Division I Independent championship by winning the long jump as a true freshman with a jump of 18-11 1/4... Also placed third in the 100m hurdles, fifth in the 100m dash and fourth in the 200m dash to give the Bison 25 team points... Won the 100m hurdles at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in a time of 14.03, which was good enough to land her second on NDSU’s all-time outdoor list.

HIGH SCHOOL: One of the most decorated track & field athletes in North Dakota high school history... Captured 19 state titles while competing for Carrington High School... Won four individual championships in four consecutive seasons, after taking gold in the 100 and the 1,600-meter relay as an eighth grader... Won four straight 200-meter dash, 300-meter hurdle and long jump championships... Holds overall state records in the 200 (24.98), 100 hurdles (14.33), 300 hurdles (42.26) and long jump (19-6 1/2)... Helped Carrington to three North Dakota Class B crowns... Named Gatorade Track Athlete of the Year and Class B Female Senior Athlete of the Year in 2006... Member of the dance team for four years... Also lettered in basketball for five seasons as a point guard and in volleyball for two seasons as an outside hitter.
