2009-10 SEASON

Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in five meets...Ran a personal-best 5k time of 2:58.3 at the South Dakota State Classic...Posted a personal-best 6k time of 25:04.4 at the Tori Neubauer Invitational.

Indoor: Redshirt

Outdoor: Redshirt

 

HIGH SCHOOL: Six-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field for Luverne High School...Four-time  Minnesota state participant in track...Six-time state participant in cross country...Lead team to the Minnesota True Team state track title in 2008...Holds school records in the 800, 1600, 4x800 and 4x400...Also played four years of basketball.

 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Steven and Cindy Heitkamp...Has a younger brother, Devin and an older sister, Ashley...Currently undecided on a major.
