Outdoor (Freshman): Set the NDSU school record in the discus at Kansas on May 1, throwing 185-7 (56.56m) … Placed 3rd in the discus and finished 12th in the shot put at the Summit League Championships … NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the discus, taking 21st place … Shot put personal-best of 48-08.00 (14.83m) … USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.

2019-20 SEASON

Indoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached as a redshirt, throwing a season-best 42-05.50 (12.94m) in the shot put.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

High School: Minnesota state champion, section champion and conference champion in the discus as a senior in 2019, throwing a personal-best of 158-4 … Hamline Elite Meet discus champ … Also a state meet qualifier in the shot put as a senior with a personal-best of 39-4 … Conference and section champion in the discus as a junior in 2018, placing 7th at the state meet.
