2008-09 SEASON

Indoor (Junior): Posted a personal-best mark of 11-7 ¾ in the pole vault at the Northern State Open...Height is tied for seventh all-time at NDSU...Tied for fourth in the pole vault at the Summit League Championships, clearing 11-5 ¾.

Outdoor (Junior): Cleared a personal-best 12-1 ½ in the season opening Baldy Castillo Invitational...Mark is ranked fifth all-time at NDSU...Also reached the same height at the Beach Invitational...Tied for fifth at the Summit League Championships.

2007-08 SEASON

Indoor (Sophomore): Finished fifth in the pole vault at the Summit League Championships, clearing 10-11 3/4.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Won the pole vault at the Hurricane Invitational...Posted a season-best 11-7 3/4 jump at the Azusa Pacific...Finished sixth at the Summit League Championships.

2006-07 SEASON

Indoor  (Freshman): Reached a personal best in the pole vault with an 11-1 performance for a second place finish at the Dakota Duals... Placed fifth at both the Cobber Duals and the St. Cloud Invitational.

Outdoor  (Freshman): Placed third in the pole vault (10-10) and eighth in the javelin (91-6) at the Division I Independent Championships... Recorded a personal best in the pole vault of 11-8 to finish fourth at the Ron Masanz in Moorhead to place her fourth on NDSU’s all-time outdoor list.

2005-06 SEASON: Redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: Cleared 10-7 in the pole vault as a senior at Moorhead (Minn.) High School... Established a school record in the event as a freshman and increased her mark each of the next three seasons... Placed first at sectionals and seventh at state as a senior... Four-year letterwinner in track & field, twice in basketball and once in soccer... Track captain as a junior and a senior... Track MVP as a senior.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Craig Kouba and Steve and Pam Dahl... Family includes two sisters, Cassandra and Mackenzie... Majoring in human performance and fitness.
