Cross Country (Junior): Placed 8th at the Summit League Championships to earn second-team All-Summit League honors and help the Bison women win the conference title … Among NDSU’s top three finishers at four meets on the season … Career-best 6k time of 21:47.5 at the Summit League Championships on Nov. 2 in Fargo … Took 6th place at the SDSU Classic 5k on Sept. 13 … Season-best 5k time of 18:16.9 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 19 … Finished 64th at the NCAA Midwest Regional as NDSU’s No. 3 runner.
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 7th in the 5000m and 8th in the 3000m at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Personal-best 3000m time of 9:55.75 at Vanderbilt’s Music City Challenge on Feb. 15 … Won the mile at Minnesota’s Jack Johnson Classic on Feb. 1 … Season-best mile time of 5:02.26 at the Bison Open on Feb. 8.

2018-19 SEASON
Cross Country (Sophomore): Among the top four finishers for the Bison at all six meets on the season … No. 4 finisher for NDSU at the Summit League Championships, placing 12th overall for second-team All-Summit League honors … Season-best 6k time of 21:53.62 at the conference meet … No. 4 finisher for the Bison at the NCAA Midwest Regional, placing 119th overall … Peaked as NDSU’s No. 2 runner at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational at Nebraska on Sept. 15 … Took 4th overall at the Bison Open on Aug. 31.
Indoor (Freshman): Won the mile at the UND Indoor Tune-Up on Feb. 16, running a season-best 5:01.69 … Season-best 3000m time of 10:09.59 at the Bison Team Cup, taking 3rd place.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Ran a personal-best 5000m time of 17:27.80 to win the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 26 … Also won the 1500m at the Cobber Twilight on Apr. 23 in a time of 4:44.88.
2017-18 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Ran in five meets, finishing among NDSU’s top seven runners three times … Placed 29th at the Summit League Championships on Oct. 28 as the No. 8 finisher for the Bison … Season-best 5k time of 18:23.8 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 14, taking 12th place … Season-best 6k time of 22:57.4 at the conference meet.
Indoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached while redshirting … Ran 5:07.57 in the mile and 10:27.62 in the 3000m.
Outdoor (Freshman): Season-best 1500m time of 4:42.89 at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 4 … Won the 5000m at the Ron Masanz Classic on Apr. 28 in a season-best 17:50.25 … Won the 1500m at the Cobber Twilight on Apr. 25.
High School: Placed third at the Minnesota Class A state meet in the 3200m (11:03) and took fourth in the 1600m (5:10) as a senior in 2017 … Also finished third at the Minnesota Class A state cross country meet her senior season … As a junior, she placed 13th overall at the state cross country meet and ran on the Perham HS 4x800m relay team that finished 10th at the state track meet … Took 10th in the 1600m as a sophomore in 2015 … Section 6A champion in the 3200m and 1600m as a senior.
