Indoor (Senior): Ran the leadoff leg on NDSU’s Summit League champion 4x400m relay, as well as running the 400m leg on the 2nd-place distance medley relay for the Bison and placing 4th in the 400m dash at the league meet … Ran the second leg on NDSU’s 4x400m relay team that clocked 3:39.51 to win the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 13 and rank No. 2 in school history … Season-best 400m time of 56.16 to win the Air Force Team Challenge … Clocked a personal-best 600m time of 1:32.54 to win the event at the Dakota Classic on Dec. 4 and rank 3rd all-time at NDSU … Personal-best time of 25.35 in the 200m dash at the Iowa State Classic … Ended her indoor career ranked 10th in NDSU history in the 300m and 400m.
Outdoor (Senior): Summit League champion in the 400m hurdles for the second straight year … Also ran on NDSU’s league champion 4x400m relay team … Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds in the 4x400m relay and 400m hurdles, finishing 13th and 21st, respectively … Season-best 400m hurdles time of 58.95 at the Drake Relays on Apr. 29 … Personal-best 400m dash time of 54.84 at the Mt. SAC Relays … Personal-best 800m time of 2:13.12 at the UC Riverside Spring Classic on Mar. 26 … Finished her career ranked 2nd in NDSU history in the 400m hurdles and 7th in the 400m dash.

2014-15 SEASON
 
Indoor (Junior): Summit League champion in the 4x400m relay, running the second leg on the Bison squad that clocked a facility record 3:44.47 for the win … Also an All-Summit League performer in the 400m dash, placing third at the conference meet in an indoor-best 55.86 … Finished the year ranked 10th in NDSU history in the 400m and 600m … Clocked a personal-best 1:34.39 in the 600m to win at the Thundering Herd Classic.
Outdoor (Junior): Summit League champion in the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay … NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay … NCAA quarterfinalist in the 400m hurdles, finishing 16th in the West … Ran the second leg on the Bison 4x400m relay that clocked a season-best time of 3:38.05 at NCAA Prelims to rank 4th-fastest in school history … Recorded a personal-best 400m hurdles time of 58.65 to win the Beach Invitational on Apr. 18, making her the 2nd-fastest in NDSU history in the event … Posted five 400m hurdles races under 60 seconds on the season … Also ran on NDSU’s 4x800m relay team that clocked 8:45.89 at the Drake Relays to rank third in school history … USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.
 
2013-14 SEASON

Indoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached in four meets while redshirting ... Ran 57.50 in the 400m dash to place third at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 8.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached in four meets while redshirting ... Ran 1:01.20 to win the 400m hurdles at the NDSU Tune-Up.

2012-13 SEASON

Indoor (Sophomore): Member of the Summit League champion distance medley relay, running the 400m leg with teammates Faith Kruchowski, Paige Stratioti and Erin Teschuk ... All-Summit League performer in the 400m dash, placing third at the league meet in 57.51 seconds ... Season-best 400m time of 57.47 at the Bill Bergan Invitational on Jan. 26 ... Won the 200m dash at the Bison Open in 25.86 ... Also competed in one pentathlon, scoring 2,932 points at the Jack Johnson Classic on Jan. 18.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Led off the Summit League champion 4x400m relay, marking NDSU's sixth straight league title in the event ... All-Summit League performer in the 400m hurdles, placing third in a season-best 1:00.88 ... Finished the season ranked fourth all-time at NDSU in the 400m hurdles ... NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the 4x400m relay ... Relay team ranked third in school history after placing fifth at the Drake Relays in 3:38.90 ... Season-best 400m time of 56.24 at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 19 ... Won the 400m hurdles at the Mesa Classic and the NDSU Tune-Up.

2011-12 SEASON
 
Indoor (Freshman): Placed fifth in the 400m at the Summit League Indoor Championships as a freshman, running 57.57 ... season-best 400m time of 56.98 at the Iowa State Qualifier on Mar. 3 ... member of the Summit League runner-up distance medley relay team, running the 400m leg ... DMR finished in 12:02.76 to rank fourth in NDSU history ... also owned a 200m time of 25.81 and 60m hurdles time of 9.34 ... No. 10 on the NDSU all-time list in the 300m dash with her time of 40.92 at the Dakota Duals.
Outdoor (Freshman): Member of the Bison 4x400m relay team that broke the school record in 3:38.09 in the 2012 Drake Relays prelims ... a member of three separate 4x400m relay teams that each rank in the top 6 all-time at NDSU ... placed third in the 400m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships, running 55.80 to rank 10th all-time at NDSU in the event ... moved into No. 4 all-time at NDSU in the 400m hurdles with her time of 1:00.60 at the Bison Invitational on Apr. 14 ... won the 400m hurdles at the Lyle Hokanson Open, Mesa Classic and Bison Invitational ... placed eighth in the 400m hurdles at the Summit League Championships ... also owned a season-best 100m hurdles time of 15.60.
