2006-07 Season

Indoor Track & Field (Junior): Finished first in the triple jump at the Bison Open (44-11 1/2) and second at the Dakota Duals (45-0 1/2)... Outdoor Track & Field (Junior): Claimed individual championships in the triple jump at three meets that included the Cobber Twilight, Ron Masanz and the Bison Open... Set a new personal best of 46-1 1/4 to place fifth at the Division I Independent Championships.

2005-06 Season

Indoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Jumped 21-8 1/4 and 45-1 1/4 in limited action during the season... Outdoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Recorded a third-place finish in the triple jump at the Division I independent championships with a 45-3 1/2 leap... Had an event win in the long jump at the Bison Invitational on April 8. 

2004-05 Season: Did not compete.

2003-04 Season

Indoor Track & Field (Freshman): Triple jumped over 45 feet on four occasions... Scored an event win at the Super 8 Open with a distance of 45-7 1/4... Long jumped 21-11 1/2 at the Cobber Open in a first-place result... Outdoor Track & Field (Freshman): Finished just shy of scoring at the North Central Conference championships with a ninth-place triple jump of 44-5 1/4... Had a 21-2 3/4 in the long jump at the Sioux Falls Invite for sixth place. 

High School: Four-year letterwinner out of Fargo (N.D.) North High School... Set a school record in the triple jump with a leap of 45-4 in 2002... Team captain as a senior... Named Rookie of the Year in 1999... MVP for field events from 2001-03... All-conference football player for the Spartans.

Personal: Son of Roger and Patty Hartsoch... Family includes one sister, Savannah... Majoring in business.
