2006-07 Season

Indoor Track & Field (Junior): Finished second at the Dakota Duals and third at the Bison Open in the 400m dash...Ran a season best at Iowa State of 49.58... Outdoor Track & Field (Junior): Continued work on the 400m hurdles and placed fourth at the Division I Independent Championships with a time of 54.23... Ran a personal best 400m hurdles time of 54.02 at UCLA. 

2005-06 Season

Indoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Had two runner-up performances at the Bison Sports Arena... Placed second in the 400 at the Dakota Duals with a 49.92 and in the 600 at the Bison Open with a 1:23.38... Made his 800 debut with a 2:04.64 at the Bison Classic on Feb. 17... Outdoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Became the 11th fastest outdoor 400 runner in school history with a 48.29 at the Division I independent championships for fifth place... Added a second-place finish in the 400-hurdles... Had a winning performance in his first career attempt at the 400 hurdles, running a 55.44 at the Bison Classic.

2004-05 Season

Indoor Track & Field (Freshman): Long sprinter for the Bison... Recorded a pair of wins at the Cobber Open with a 22.93 in the 200 and a 50.39 in the 400... Set a personal-best indoor mark in the 400 after crossing in 49.89 at the Iowa State Qualifier... Opening leg on the victorious 1,600-meter relay squad at the Bison Classic and the winning 800-meter relay team at the Cobber Duals... Outdoor Track & Field (Freshman): Scored in two events at the Division I independent championships... Placed sixth in the 400 with a 49.01 and eighth in the 200 with a 22.53... Set a 400 personal record in the preliminary round with a 48.97... Had a pair of fourth-place finishes at the Howard Wood Relays, clocking in at 22.22 in the 200 and 49.28 in the 400... Ran on a number of relay teams, including opening the sprint medley team at the Drake Relays.

2003-04 Season: Redshirt.

High School: Sprinter for Shanley High School in Fargo, running the 200, 400 and 800... Placed third at the Eastern Dakota Championships and seventh at the state meet in the 400-meter dash... Named team captain and MVP in 2003... Also two-year letterwinner in basketball... Prep coach was Barry Anderson... Personal: Son of Richard and Marcia Lindquist... Majoring in sociology with a minor in psychology.
