2003-2004 Season (Sophomore): Indoor All-American after placing seventh in the long jump at the NCAA Division II Championships... Improved time to a 14.10 seconds for the 100-meter hurdles at the Marauder Invitational... Double winner at the Cobber Twilight with performances in the 100-hurdles and long jump... 2002-2003 Season (Freshman): Had a season best leap of 19-1 1/2 at the NCC Outdoor Championships, placing third... Also had an eighth place finish in the 400-meter hurdles at the conference meet... Competed in the pentathlon during the indoor season, placing sixth at the NCC Championships with a score of 3,049... High School: Versatile student-athlete out of Grand Forks Central (N.D) High School... Placed second in the 100-meter hurdles, 300-meter hurdles and 100-meter dash at the North Dakota Class A state meet as a senior... Holds three school record marks: long jump (18-7), 100-meter hurdles (14.35), and 300-meter hurdles (43.91)... Prep coaches were Dan Kimzey, Pat Sullivan and Paul Zettler... Personal:  Daughter of Eric and Jackie Uthus... Has two sisters, Sara and Jennifer... College major is art.
