2003-2004 Season (Sophomore): Two-time All-American during the outdoor season... Ran second leg on both the seventh-place 400-meter relay team and the runner-up 1,600 relay team at the NCAA Championships... Qualified for the NCAA’s in the open 200... Took the baton on the seventh-place sprint medley quartet at the Drake Relays... Ran a personal best of 24.45 for 200-meters and 54.90 in the 400 at the NCC Championships... Qualified for indoor nationals in the 400-meter dash, placing ninth in the finals with a time of 57.17 after running a 55.71 in the preliminary round... NCC Indoor Champion in the 200 with a 24.65... 2002-2003 Season (Freshman): Member of All-American outdoor 1,600-meter relay team which placed second... NCC outdoor champion in the 200-meter dash with a time of 24.94... Placed third at the NCC indoor meet in the 200... Earned her first All-American honor as a member of the 1,600-meter relay team which took sixth place indoors... High School: Record-breaking sprinter for Holdingford (Minn.) High School... Set school records in the 200 (24.07), 400 (56.56), triple jump and as part of the 400-meter relay unit that broke the Class A state record in 2002... Capped off impressive senior year by winning the sectional, sub-sectional and state titles in the 200, 400 and 400 relay... Placed third in the triple jump at the 2002 state meet, while also claiming the section and sub-section crowns... Placed fifth at the 2001 Class A 400-meters and was a member of the first-place 400-meter relay team... Finished third in both the 100 and 400, and also ran a leg on the 800-meter relay in 2000... Also competed in diving while in high school... High school coaches were Mark Alcorn, Chet Blazchec and Brian Main... Personal: Daughter of Karen Larsen... Has one brother, Jared... Majoring in nursing and science.
