2007-08 SEASON

Indoor (Junior): Won the Cobber Duals in the shot put with a throw of 45-0 1/2...Came in first at the Cobber Duals, Bison Open and Bison Classic in the weight throw, tying her personal best at the Bison Classic with a throw of 55-7 3/4...Finished sixth in the shot put (42-6) and seventh in the weight throw (53-6 1/2) at the Summit League Championships.

Outdoor (Junior): Won the shot put at the Summit League Championships with a personal best toss of 47-11, which put her in third on the all-time performance list...Came in fourth at the Summit League Championships in the hammer with a personal best toss of 168-10.

2006-07 SEASON

Indoor (Sophomore): Won the shot put at both the Bison Classic and the Dakota Duals... Reached a personal indoor best of 46-8... Saw a steady improvement throughout the indoor season in the weight throw highlighted with a victory at season’s end in the Dakota Duals with a throw of 55-7 3/4.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Shattered her own personal best and moved her into fifth on NDSU’s all-time outdoor list in the hammer throw with a 164-6 to win the Division I Independent championship... Also placed second in the shot put at the Independent meet to help the Bison win the team title.  

2005-06 SEASON

Indoor (Freshman): In the shot put, tossed a season-best 44-0 1/2 in the second meet of her career... Went over 50 feet in the weight throw on four occasions... At the University of Washington, unleashed a 51-1 1/2 throw for then the No. 10 mark in school history.

Outdoor (Freshman): Etched her name into the school’s top-10 list in both the shot and the hammer throw... Recorded a 45-10 1/2 in the shot en route to a Division I independent championship win... Added another personal record at that meet with a 155-9 in the hammer for runner-up honors... Also had a fifth-place result in the discus, tallying 22 points towards an NDSU team title.  

2004-05 SEASON: Redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year track & field letterwinner while throwing the shot and discus for Harvey High School... Region champ in both events in 2003 and 2004... Finished second in the shot and third in the discus at state her senior year... Holds the school record in the discus with a toss of 130-8... Prep coaches were Brad Sandy, Brenda Lang and Beckee Keller.

PERSONAL: Daughter of David and Joann Seltvedt... Has three sisters, Kristen, Hannah and Casey... Majoring in equine studies.
