Indoor: Redshirt.

Outdoor (Freshman): Won the javelin at the Bison Open with a personal-best throw of 131-7...Came in fourth at the Summit League Championships with a throw of 123-8.

HIGH SCHOOL: A six year letterwinner in track and field at Oakes (N.D.) High School... Also a four year starter in basketball and a three year starter in volleyball... School record holder in the javelin with a throw of 133-5... Placed second in the javelin in the state meet as a senior and placed fourth as a junior... Three time regional individual champion... Member of the National Honor Society... Two time all-region and all-district and school record holder in assists and aces in volleyball.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Arthur and Debra Conklin... Family includes one older brother... Majoring in child development and elementary education.
