2003-2004 Season (Junior): Indoor and outdoor All-American jumper for NDSU... Placed third outdoors after triple jumping 49-7 3/4 inches at the national meet, a mark representing a tie for her career best... Finished third in both horizontal jumps at the NCC Outdoor Championships... Set a personal mark in the long jump after exploding for a 19-9 1/4 leap at the Bison Indoor Open... Sixth place finisher in the triple jump at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a 38-7 3/4... 2002-2003 Season (Sophomore): All-American triple jumper by placing seventh at the 2003 NCAA Division II Indoor Championships with a mark of 38-6 3/4... Contributed significant points in both jumps at the NCC Championships with two sixth-place finishes indoors and a third (triple jump) and a fourth (long jump) during the outdoor campaign... 2001-2002 Season (Sophomore): Redshirt... 2000-2001 Season (Freshman): Opened her first indoor season for the Bison with individual marks of 17-11 1/4 and 36-9 1/2... Improved in both during the outdoor season by jumping to 18-2 1/4 and 37-2 1/2... High School: Six-time Minnesota Class A state placewinner including a pair of runner-up finishes in the long jump as a sophomore and junior... Finished fifth in the triple jump in 1998 and 1999... Top effort was 18-0 in the long jump and 37-0 in the triple jump... Four-year letterwinner in volleyball, basketball and track for Ogilvie (Minn.) High School... Earned Minnesota Class A all-state honors in volleyball her senior year... Prep coaches were Deb Brennan and Tim Welch... Personal: Daughter of Mickey and Elaine Olson... Has one brother, Luke, and one sister, Jay Berg... Majoring in physical education.
