Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic … Ended her outdoor career ranked 3rd in NDSU history in the hammer throw, 4th in the shot put, and 4th in the discus.

2018-19 SEASON
 
Indoor (Senior): NCAA All-American in the shot put, placing 8th at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a throw of 55-00.25 (16.77m) … Summit League champion in the shot put … Set the indoor shot put school record and facility record at the Thundering Herd Classic on Jan. 12, throwing 56-04.75 (17.19m) … Personal-best weight throw mark of 69-04.00 (21.13m) at the SDSU Classic, ranking 2nd all-time and NDSU … Won the shot put and set a Dakota Classic record of 55-07.00 (16.94m) on Dec. 7 … Won a total of 8 throwing event titles on the season.
Outdoor (Junior): NCAA Championships qualifier in the hammer throw, placing 14th for second-team All-America honors … Personal-best hammer throw mark of 209-7 (63.89m) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, ranking 3rd all-time at NDSU … Placed 2nd in the shot put, 3rd in the discus, and 5th in the hammer throw at the Summit League Championships … NCAA West Prelims qualifier in the shot put and hammer … Outdoor shot put season-best of 53-07.50 (16.34m) at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 16 … Ended the season ranked 3rd in school history in the hammer, 4th in the shot put, and 4th in the discus ... Indoor (Junior): Placed 4th in both the shot put and weight throw at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Season-best shot put mark of 51-09.25 (15.78m) at the Thundering Herd Classic on Jan. 13, ranking 3rd all-time at NDSU … Weight throw personal-best of 63-03.50 (19.29m) at Minnesota’s Jack Johnson Classic on Jan. 27, ranking 6th-best in NDSU history … Weight throw mark of 63-02.25 (19.26m) at the conference meet.
Outdoor (Sophomore): NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the shot put, discus and hammer … Summit League runner-up in both the shot put and discus, as well as placing 6th in the hammer throw … Shot put personal-best of 53-11.75 (16.45m) at the Summit League Championships, ranking 3rd in NDSU history … Discus personal-best of 166-9 (50.82m) at the conference meet, ranking 4th all-time at NDSU … Hammer throw PR of 196-3 (59.83m) at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 4, ranking 6th in school history … Finished 14th in the shot put at the NCAA West Prelims, missing a trip to the NCAA Championships by two places … USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.

2016-17 SEASON
 
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 3rd in the shot put and 5th in the weight throw at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Improved her shot put personal-best to 50-01.75 (15.28m) at the conference meet, ranking her 5th all-time at NDSU … Weight throw personal-best of 61-02.00 (18.64m) at the Bison Classic on Jan. 14, ranking 7th in school history … Ended the indoor season ranked 65th in the NCAA in the shot put.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 3rd in the discus and 4th in the shot put at the Summit League Outdoor Championships … Also finished 10th at the conference meet in the hammer throw … NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the shot put, finishing 31st … Improved her personal-best in the discus to 159-2 (48.51m) at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 5, ranking 4th all-time at NDSU … Shot put season-best mark of 49-10.00 (15.19m) at the NDSU Tune-Up, ranking 7th-best in school history … Hammer throw personal-best of 182-8 (55.69m) at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 14, ranking her 11th in school history.

2015-16 SEASON
 
Indoor (Freshman): Season-best shot put mark of 47-01.75 (14.37m) at the Cobber Open on Feb. 6, taking 1st place … Weight throw season-best of 51-00.25 (15.55m) at the Cobber Open.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached as a redshirt … Registered three season-best marks at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 6, throwing 149-4 (45.51m) in the discus, 167-1 (50.93m) in the hammer throw, and 46-01.25 (14.05m) in the shot put.

High School: Captured North Dakota Class B state titles in the discus and shot put as a senior in 2015, as well as taking sixth in the javelin … Won a state championship in the discus as a junior in 2014 and placed fourth in the event as a sophomore in 2013 … Enters college with personal-best marks of 137-6 in the discus and 42-11 in the shot put … Qualified for the state meet in the shot put in each of her final three seasons for the Carrington Cardinals … Also played volleyball and basketball and was a member of FFA and 4-H.
