2013-14 SEASON

Indoor (Senior): Won the Summit League title in the long jump and placed fourth in the pole vault before withdrawing from the heptathlon due to injury ... Was on his way to a third-straight heptathlon title before the injury ... Qualified 13th to the NCAA Indoor Championships in the heptathlon but was unable to compete ... Lifetime-best long jump mark of 24-04.25 (7.42m) to win the Summit League championship ... Scored 5,604 points in the heptathlon at the Dakota Duals on Dec. 6-7 to hold the NCAA lead early in the season ... Cleared a PR of 17-01.50 (5.22m) in the pole vault at the Jack Johnson Classic on Jan. 25, ranking No. 2 all-time at NDSU ... Named Summit League Indoor Field Athlete of the Year and Championships Field MVP for the second straight season ... Summit League Academic All-League Team.

2012-13 SEASON 

Indoor (Junior): All-American in the heptathlon, scoring a school record 5,793 points for seventh place at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Arkansas ... Summit League Indoor Field Athlete of the Year ... Broke the NDSU heptathlon school record twice in a two-week span ... Scored 26 team points at the Summit League Indoor Championships to win Field MVP honors, winning the heptathlon for the second straight year and placing second in the pole vault and long jump ... Summit League heptathlon score of 5,661 points was a meet, facility and school record, qualifying him for the NCAA Championships ... Cleared a season-best height of 16-09.25 (5.11m) in the pole vault at the league meet ... Season-best long jump mark of 24-00.75 (7.33m) in the NCAA Championships heptathlon, ranking him fifth all-time at NDSU in the event ... Also posted personal-bests of 8.36 seconds in the 60m hurdles and 6.96 seconds in the 60m dash.
Outdoor (Junior): Finished the season 25th in the nation in the decathlon, missing a bid to the NCAA Outdoor Championships by just one spot ... Scored a new personal-best 7,397 points to win the Mt. SAC Relays decathlon on Apr. 17-18 ... Withdrew from the decathlon at the Summit League Outdoor Championships due to injury ... Placed eighth in the javelin at the Summit League Championships with a throw of 165-7 (50.47m) ... Clocked new personal-bests in the running events of 48.47 in the 400m, 4:40.13 in the 1500m, and 15.86 in the 110m hurdles during the season ... Outdoor PR of 16-04.75 in the pole vault at the Drake Relays, placing eighth ... Finished the season ranked fourth in NDSU history in the decathlon and ninth in the outdoor pole vault.

2011-12 SEASON

INDOOR (Sophomore): Summit League champion in the heptathlon ... scored 5,517 points at the Summit League Indoor Championships, ranking him No. 3 in NDSU history in the heptathlon ... placed third at the Summit Championships in the long jump with a leap of 23-11 (7.29m) ... tied for sixth all-time at NDSU in the long jump ... fourth at the conference meet in the pole vault ... cleared 17-00.75 (5.20m) in the heptathlon pole vault at the Summit Championships, tying him for No. 2 in NDSU indoor  history ... also scored 5,467 points in the heptathlon at the Husker Invitational on Feb. 3-4 for fourth place.
OUTDOOR: Redshirted ... totaled 6,971 points to win the decathlon at the Bison Invitational on Apr. 13-14.

2010-11 SEASON

Indoor (Freshman): Multi-event athlete...Finished second in the heptathlon at the Summit League Championships with 5,261 points...His score ranks fourth all-time at NDSU...As part of the heptathlon, won pole vault with a personal best mark of 16-6 3/4 , which is tied for sixth in school history...Also scored points for the Bison by finishing fifth in both the long jump (22-5 ¾) and the pole vault (16-2)...Tied for ninth in the triple jump at the league meet with a mark of 43-10 ¾.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Summit League runner-up in the decathlon with 6,394 points...Also finished 10th in the long jump (22-10 ½) and fifth in the pole vault at the league championships with a personal best mark of 16-2 ¾...Pole vault mark is tied for seventh all-time at NDSU...Placed fifth in the Cal Invitational Decathlon with a personal best score of 6,863 points, which is eighth in school history.

2009-10 SEASON

Indoor: Redshirt.
Outdoor (Freshman): Multi-event athlete...Placed fourth in the decathlon at the Summit League Championships with a personal-best score of 6,325 points...Also notched personal bests in the long jump (22-0 ¼) to finish 11th and pole vault (15-7) to finish fifth at the league championships...Notched a personal-best throw in the javelin at the Bison Open with a mark of 140-5.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner at Jamestown High School...Won the North Dakota state titles in the long jump and triple jump as a senior...Also finished as state runner-up in the pole vault and third in the high jump... Led team to a fifth place finish at the 2009 state championships, collecting 34 of the team's 68 points...All-conference and all-state honoree as a junior and senior...Holds school records in the triple jump (43-7 ¼), the indoor pole vault (13-6) and the outdoor pole vault (14-6)...Also a four-year letterwinner in football...All-state honorable mention selection at cornerback...Also selected to play in the North Dakota Shrine Bowl.
