Indoor (Senior): Summit League champion in the weight throw for the 3rd consecutive year … Finished the season ranked 29th in the NCAA in the weight throw with her season-best mark of 66-02.25 (20.17m) at the Bison Classic on Jan. 15 … Also placed 6th in the shot put at the Summit League Championships … Took 1st place in the weight throw at seven different meets … Ended her indoor career as the school record holder in the weight throw and No. 3 in school history in the indoor shot put.
Outdoor (Senior): Finished 20th in the hammer throw and 22nd in the discus at the NCAA Outdoor Championships… Ranked 12th in the NCAA in the hammer and 16th in the discus entering the national meet … Won her 4th consecutive Summit League title in the discus, becoming the first woman in league history to win the event four times … Named the Summit League Championships Field MVP for the second straight year … Captured her 2nd straight league title in the hammer throw … Extended her school records to 212-11 (64.91m) in the hammer and 181-6 (55.32m) in the discus at the NCAA West Prelims on May 25-26 … Also placed 7th in the shot put at the conference meet … Summit League Academic All-League honoree.

2015-16 SEASON
 
Indoor (Junior): Summit League champion in the weight throw for the 2nd straight year … Set the NDSU school record and the Shelly Ellig Indoor facility record with a weight throw mark of 67-03.50 (20.51m) at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 13 … Also placed 5th in the shot put at the conference meet … Shot put season-best of 50-11.00 (15.52m) at the Thundering Herd Classic … Ended the year ranked 1st in NDSU history in the weight throw and 3rd in the indoor shot put … Finished the season ranked 23rd in the NCAA in the weight throw and 59th in the shot put.
Outdoor (Junior): Won her 3rd consecutive Summit League title in the discus, as well as claiming the league crown in the hammer throw … Also placed 3rd in the shot put at the conference meet … Named the Summit League Championships Field MVP … Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds in the discus, hammer and shot put … Finished 17th in the hammer, 22nd in the discus and 34th in the shot put at the NCAA West Prelims … Extended her own NDSU school record in the discus to 177-11 (54.24m) at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 6 … Posted a personal-best of 198-2 (60.41m) in the hammer throw at the Baldy Castillo Invite on Mar. 18 to rank 2nd in school history … Threw 50-00.50 (15.25m) in the shot put at the Lyle Hokanson Classic on Apr. 23 to rank 4th all-time at NDSU … Finished the season ranked 27th in the NCAA in the discus and 38th in the hammer.

2014-15 SEASON
 
Indoor (Sophomore): Won the Summit League title in the weight throw with a school record and facility record toss of 64-09.75 (19.75m) … Also an All-Summit League performer in the shot put, placing 3rd at the conference meet with a personal-best mark of 48-01.75 (14.67m) … Ended the season ranked 1st in NDSU history in the weight throw and 7th in the indoor shot put … Took first place in the weight throw at the Dakota Duals on Dec. 5 with a meet record of 60-06.00 (18.44m), and also won the event at the Bison Classic on Jan. 17 … Won the indoor discus at South Dakota State on Jan. 24, throwing 163-0 (49.68m).
Outdoor (Sophomore): Won her second straight Summit League title in the discus, as well as placing 2nd in the hammer throw and 4th in the shot put at the conference meet in Macomb, Ill. … NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the discus and hammer throw … Finished 21st in the discus and 22nd in the hammer at NCAA West Prelims … Season-best discus throw of 170-11 (52.10m) at the NCAA West Prelims in Austin, Texas … Season-best hammer throw mark of 194-2 (59.19m) at the NCAA West Prelims … Outdoor personal-best in the shot put of 48-01.75 (14.67m) at the Summit League Championships … Ended the year ranked 1st all-time at NDSU in the discus, 2nd in the hammer throw, and 7th in the shot put … USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.
 
2013-14 SEASON

Indoor (Freshman): Placed sixth in the weight throw and seventh in the shot put at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Season-best mark of 55-08.50 (16.98m) in the weight throw at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 8 ranked her No. 7 all-time at NDSU at season's end ... Indoor PR in the shot put of 43-11.25 (13.39m) at the conference meet.
Outdoor (Freshman): Summit League champion and NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the discus ... Broke the NDSU school record in the discus on five different occasions throughout the season, ending at 172-10 (52.68m) at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 9 ... Also placed third in the hammer throw and eighth in the shot put at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Hammer throw PR of 168-0 (51.22m) at the Ron Masanz Classic ranks her eighth in NDSU history in the event ... Shot put season-best mark of 44-06.75 (13.58m) at the conference meet ... Placed 39th in the discus at the NCAA West Prelims.

2012-13 SEASON

Indoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached, posting season-best marks of 41-06.00 (12.65m) in the shot put and 48-02.00 (14.68m) in the weight throw.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached ... Placed seventh in the discus at the USA Junior Championships in Des Moines on June 22 ... Mark of 156-7 (47.72m) in the discus at USA Juniors ranked her second in school history at the end of the season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Iowa high school Class 3A state record holder in the discus (154-7) ... state champion in the discus as a senior in 2012 ... placed third at the state meet in the shot put as a senior ... state runner-up in the discus as a junior ... five-time state meet qualifier ...ranks No. 6 in Iowa high school history in the discus (all classes combined) with a personal-best throw of 154-7.
