Indoor (Senior): Ran on the Bison 4x400m relay team that won the Summit League title … Also placed 3rd in the 400m dash at the Summit League Championships, running a season-best 56.86 in the finals … Ended her indoor career ranked 6th in NDSU history in the 4x400m relay, as well as being tied for 10th in the 60m dash.
Outdoor (Senior): Ran on the Bison 4x400m relay team that won the Summit League title … Summit League runner-up in the 400m dash in a season-best 55.80 … Also ran on NDSU’s 3rd-place 4x100m relay and took 7th in the high jump at the conference meet … Season-best high jump clearance of 5-01.75 (1.57m) at conference … Ended her outdoor career ranked 7th in NDSU history in the 4x400m relay.
2016-17 SEASON
Indoor (Junior): Placed 10th in the 200m dash, 10th in the high jump, 14th in the 60m dash, and 16th in the long jump at the Summit League Championships … Season-best times of 7.85 seconds in the 60m and 25.41 in the 200m, both recorded at the North Dakota Indoor Tune-Up on Feb. 18 … Cleared 5-03.00 (1.60m) in the high jump at the Dakota Classic on Dec. 2.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Sat out the season as a redshirt.
2015-16 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 6th in the 60m dash and 8th in the 200m dash at the Summit League Championships … Clocked a season-best 7.84 seconds in the 60m dash twice, including in the finals of the conference meet … Season-best 200m time of 25.57 at the Summit League Championships … Scored a personal-best 3,319 points in the pentathlon at the Dakota Classic on Dec. 4 … Season-best 400m time of 57.04 at the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 12.
Outdoor (Junior): Placed 5th in the 400m dash and 6th in the heptathlon at the Summit League Championships … Also led off NDSU’s 4x100m relay team that placed 4th at the conference meet … Scored a season-best 4,453 points in the heptathlon at the UC Riverside Spring Classic on Mar. 24-25 … 100m dash season-best time of 12.46 seconds at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 16 … Season-best times of 25.32 in the 200m and 57.67 in the 400m.
2014-15 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Summit League champion in the 4x400m relay, leading off the Bison squad that ran a facility record 3:44.47 for the win … Also placed 5th in the 60m dash, 7th in the 200m, and 8th in the high jump at the Summit League Championships in Fargo … Clocked a season-best 7.72 seconds in the semifinals of the 60m dash at the league meet, tying her for 7th-fastest in NDSU history … Led off the NDSU 4x400m relay that ran 3:41.80 at the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 14 to rank 4th in school history … Season-best times of 25.24 in the 200m dash and 56.52 in the 400m dash … Also scored 3,148 points in the pentathlon at the Dakota Duals on Dec. 5.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 5th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in Macomb, Ill. … NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the 4x400m relay, anchoring the Bison to a season-best time of 3:38.05 that ranked the team 4th-fastest in school history … Led off the Bison 4x100m relay that placed 4th at the conference meet … Also finished 9th in the 200m dash, 10th in the high jump, and 19th in the long jump at the conference meet … Clocked a season-best 400m time of 55.43 at the Mondo Mid-Major Challenge on Apr. 4, ending the season ranked 10th all-time at NDSU in the event … Also posted season-bests of 24.47 in the 200m dash, 18-06.00 (5.64m) in the long jump, and 5-03.75 (1.62m) in the high jump … USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.
2013-14 SEASON
Indoor (Redshirt): Scored 3,025 points for third place in the pentathlon at the Dakota Duals on Dec. 6 ... Did not compete for the remainder of the season due to injury.
Outdoor (Freshman): Tied for fifth in the high jump and placed sixth in the heptathlon at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... Also qualified for the finals of the 100m and 200m dashes at the Summit League meet ... Finished ninth in the 100m final and did not run the 200m final ... Heptathlon score of 4,323 at the conference meet was a season high ... Season-best marks of 12.42 in the 100m dash, 25.36 in the 200m dash and 5-03.00 (1.60m) in the high jump ... Also ran 2:23.56 in the 800m.
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner and two-time captain for Warroad High School and head coach Alan Rybolt ... One-woman wrecking crew for Warriors at 2013 Minnesota Class A Track and Field Championships, winning the long jump (17-02.75) and high jump (school record 5-6), placing second in the 200 meter dash (25.60) and third in the 100 (12.75) ... The lone qualifier for Warroad, she scored all 42 team points to tie for the Class A state title with Milaca HS ...
