2003-2004 Season (Senior): NCC indoor champion in the triple jump with a distance of 48-4 3/4... Also runner-up in the NCC pentathlon with a score of 3,653 points... Outdoor All-American in the decathlon after a second place, 7,196-point finish at the NCAA championships... 2002-2003 Season (Junior): Indoor All-American in the 1,600 relay as the lead man for the Bison unit that placed third in the NCAA with a 3:12.96 clocking... Won the NCC triple jump... Second in the NCC 400 meters with a career-best 49.17... Set the Bison Sports Arena pentathlon record with a 3,824 score... Placed third outdoors in the national decathlon... Won three events to finish second in the NCC decathlon with an automatic national qualifying score of 7,308 that was 33rd best in the United States that year... Also league runner-up in the 400 meters and triple jump... Moonlighted in the 1,600 relay, running the lead leg of school record-breaking units at the Kansas and Drake Relays... 2001-2002 Season (Sophomore): Placed in three NCC indoor events and was a member of the champion 1,600-meter relay team... Finished third in the league in the 400 and was fourth in the 60-meter hurdles and triple jump... Member of the 1,600 relay team that finished fifth in the nation with a 3:14.81 clocking... Sat out the outdoor season as a redshirt... 2000-2001 Season (Freshman): Placed in the NCC both seasons... Indoors, finished fourth in the pentathlon, third in the triple jump and competed in the 55-meter hurdles...  Placed sixth in the triple jump and eighth in the 110-meter hurdles at the NCC outdoor meet... Placed 11th in the NCAA decathlon... High School: Four-time letterman in track at Stephen-Argyle Central (Minn.) High School... Minnesota Class A state champion in the 110-meter hurdles and triple jump as a senior... Set the state record for the triple jump with a mark of 44-5... MVP as a senior and co-MVP as a sophomore...
