2006-07 Season
Cross Country (Junior): Competed in four meets for the Bison... Placed 16th in the Division I independent championships helping NDSU to a second place finish... Ran a personal-best 26:17.75 at the South Dakota State Classic. Indoor Track & Field (Junior): Competed in one race for the Bison before suffering an injury. Outdoor Track & Field (Junior): Did not compete.
2005-06 Season
Cross Country (Sophomore): Finished as a scorer in all six races for the Herd... Was the No. 2 runner at the Iowa State Open with a 22nd-place finish... Placed 26th at the Division I independent championships wit a 26:24.92... Indoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Ran the No. 9 mile on the school's all-time indoor list with a 4:12.17 while competing at Notre Dame's Alex Wilson Invitational (3/4)... Set a personal record of 1:53.94 in the 800 at Nebraska (2/4)... Outdoor Track & Field (Junior): Took a win in the 800 at the Bison Open (4/8) with a 1:56.03... The following week, dropped to a 1:52.61 for ninth place at the Nebraska Invite... Scored a pair of fifth-place finishes at the Division I independent championships with a 1:55.81 in the 800 and a 4:01.66 in the 1,500.
2004-05 Season
Cross Country (Freshman): Ran in the final five races of the season for the Bison cross country team... Opened at the Roy Griak Invitational where he finished as NDSU's No. 6 runner with a time of 27:32.13... Climbed into the No. 5 scoring position at the Jim Drews Invitational... Indoor Track & Field: Redshirt... Outdoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Ran the 800 and the 1,500 throughout the year... Strided to a 1:51.89 win in the 800 at the Division I independent championships in Davis, Calif... Ran a season-best 3:56.36 in the 1,500 at the Mt. SAC Relays.
2003-04 Season
Cross Country: Redshirt... Indoor Track & Field (Freshman): Focused on the 1,000-meters during the indoor season running a 2:28.63 at the Adidas Classic, and placed fifth at the North Central Conference meet in 2:31.10... Also ran with several 3,200-meter and distance medley relays... Outdoor Track & Field (Freshman): Redshirt.
