2005-06 Season

Cross Country: Redshirt... Indoor Track & Field (Junior): Set indoor personal records in three events... Dropped a 4:19.57 mile for a third-place finish at the Bison Open only to cut the mark to 4:19.42 at Nebraska... In the 3,000, dipped to an 8:29.75 at Washington (1/28), a time good for No. 7 on the school's all-time leaderboard... In the 5,000, finished under 15 minutes with a 14:52.62 in a race at Iowa State... Outdoor Track & Field (Junior): Made a run at the school record in the steeplechase, ending the season as the school's No. 4 harrier in the event... Dropped eight seconds off his career best in the steeple in less than a week with a 9:09.92 at the Nebraska Invite (4/15) and then a 9:04.61 at Hayward Field at the University of Oregon (4/22)... Won the steeple crown at the Division I independent championships helping the Bison defend its team title.    

2004-05 Season

Cross Country (Junior): Top-three runner for NDSU is all six events in the fall... Placed third at the Iowa State Open to start the season... Scored a sixth-place finish at the Division I independent championships in Corpus Christi, Texas, to help the Bison to runner-up in the team standings... Indoor Track & Field: Redshirt... Outdoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Competed in the steeplechase on three occasions... Won his section at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 9:12.59... Finished fourth in the steeple at the D-I independent championships.

2003-2004 Season   

Cross Country (Sophomore): Competed in every meet for the Bison cross country team that finished eighth in the nation at the NCAA Division II championships... Placed 12th at the North Central regional championships... Won the Wayne State (Neb.) Open, placed second at the Jackrabbit Open and third at the North Central Conference championships... Indoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Primarily ran the 3,000 during the indoor campaign, with a season best of 8:47.33 at the Gold County Classic... Placed eighth in the 5,000 at the Bison Open with a 15:26.07... Outdoor Track & Field (Freshman): Had several personal records in the steeplechase, with his quickest coming at the NCC championships (9:24.15), where he placed seventh.

2002-03 Season

Cross Country (Freshman): Ran with the Bison cross country team on four occasions as a freshman, with the highest finish coming at the MSUM Invitational with his ninth-place run... Indoor Track & Field (Freshman): Ran a 9:04.09 indoor 3,000-meter run at the NDSU Open... Outdoor Track & Field: Granted a medical redshirt for the outdoor season.

High School: Starred at Perham (Minn.) High School where he set the school record in the 1,600 and 3,200... Three-time conference champion in cross country... Personal: Majoring in human performance and fitness... Worked a physical therapy internship in San Diego over the summer... Son of Jan and Jill Januszewski... Family includes two younger sisters.
