High School: School record holder for Bismarck (N.D.) Century High School... Threw a 60-7 in the shot put as a senior in 2005, capturing the North Dakota Class A title... Also placed sixth in the discus... Invited to the Adidas Golden West Invitational where he finished in sixth place in the shot... As a junior, finished runner-up in the shot and third in the disc at the state meet... Four-year letterwinner in track & field and twice in football... Earned second team all-state honors as a lineman for the Patriots... Personal: Son of Darryl Sierra and Betty Lou Kary... Family includes one brother, Delwin... Majoring in architecture.
