2006-07 Season
Indoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Placed second four different times in the high jump... Recorded season bests of 5-4 at both the Bison Open and the Bison Classic... Outdoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Placed third in the high jump to help NDSU win the Division I Independent Championship... Placed second at the Bison Classic with a season best jump of 5-6. 

2005-06 Season
Indoor Track & Field (Freshman): Placed first in the high jump with a 5-1 3/4 at the Cobber Open on Jan. 28... Cleared a bar set at 5-5 at Iowa State for a season high... Outdoor Track & Field (Freshman): Had three victories in the high jump during the season, including a career best 5-8 at the Bison Invitational... The clearance moved Honl to No. 8 all-time at NDSU... Runner-up in the event at the Division I independent championships. 

High School: Lettered in track & field, volleyball, basketball and cheerleading at Lidgerwood (N.D.) Public High School... Runner-up at the state meet in the high jump as a senior... Placed fourth in the high jump as a junior... School record holder in the event... All-conference, all-district, all-region and all-state performer as a middle and outside hitter on the volleyball squad... Holds the school record for blocks and kills in a season... Personal: Daughter of Ray and Connie Heley and the late Harris Honl... Family includes two brothers and three sisters... Majoring in speech pathology with a minor in special education.
