Indoor Track & Field: Redshirt. Outdoor Track & Field: Redshirt. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Multi-sport athlete from Milnor Public School... Short sprinter with prep times of 12.2 in the100 and 25.5 in the 200... Set school records in both individual events... Also on record breaking 400- and 800-meter relay teams... Placed in the top seven at state in the 100 five consecutive years... Highest result at state during that run included a third-place finish as a sophomore... All-district, all-conference and all-region volleyball player... Set school mark for most kills in a season... Played center and forward on the basketball team.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Loren and Patricia Ellefson... Family includes an older brother, Paul, an older sister, Kelsey and a younger sister, Jackie... Majoring in Exercise Science.
